- HR managers working in large organisations.
- Owner managers of small and medium sized organisations (SMEs) who are responsible for the people management aspects of the business.
The development of this resource included a comprehensive process of stakeholder consultation which |
was conducted through meetings with representatives from the following professions; medical, HR, Occupational Health, legal and Labour Relations. The findings of this analysis have significantly contributed to the development of the resource. Niamh and Carecall would like to thank all those who were involved in the consultation process. |
